The Neigh Bar is a full service elegant mobile beverage station, serving the greater Eastern North Carolina. The humble beginnings of the Neigh Bar started as a 1982 blue and white, two horse bumper pull and a forgotten 1864 Irish barback. With the help of friends and family, The Neigh Bar was born.
