Each October, during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we celebrate the value that people with disabilities add to our workplaces and economy.

The purpose of NDEAM is to reaffirm our commitment to ensuring disabled workers have access to good jobs every month of every year. That’s the spirit behind this year’s official theme: “Access to Good Jobs for All.”

Join us to learn how North Carolina employers can create a diverse and disability-inclusive workforce by partnering with EIPD to recruit, hire, and retain qualified workers with a disability.
