Join the Fun at the Adult Spelling Bee!

Location: Havelock Tourist & Event Center

Think you’ve got what it takes to out-spell the competition? Gather your friends and test your skills at the Adult Spelling Bee hosted by the Havelock Chamber of Commerce!

Here’s how it works:

Teams of 4 adults will compete in 3 exciting rounds: Easy, Intermediate, and Difficult.

Each round lasts 20 minutes.

A pronouncer will call out a word and use it in a sentence. Your team collaborates to spell it out and writes it on a provided sheet.

Stay in the game! As long as your team spells correctly, you’re in. Miss a word? No problem—purchase "Bee Bucks" for $20 each or 6 for $100 and stay in the contest until the elimination round!

Important Notes:

No smart phones or smart watches are allowed.
A limited number of teams will be accepted.
